It all began when Jade started her digital marketing journey at just 17, freelancing in SEO and PPC while at university. After graduating with first-class honours, she joined a leading digital marketing firm in central London, rising to a senior leadership role and managing a million-pound portfolio. Seven years ago, Jade took the leap and founded Sierra Six Media from her mum’s spare room, armed with just a laptop and her network.
Today, Sierra Six has grown into a fantastic team with an exceptional culture, a diverse and inclusive workspace, and a knack for driving innovation while working with national brands. And the best part? We’re just getting started, thriving on delivering excellence in digital marketing.

We like to help. At Christmas we prepare and deliver meals to the elderly, we’ve been litter picking down the park and are enrolled on the Beach Clean incentive in Leigh on Sea this year. It’s great teamwork and good for the soul too.

- Taking responsibility for the future
We work with local colleges, sixth forms and Universities to deliver education on how to get into digital. Especially with Covid, jobs in digital have skyrocketed but we feel the education sector is vastly behind. We want to help bridge that gap and inspire the next generation, especially women, to get stuck into digital and tech. We are often asked by tutors and teachers if work-placements are available here – yes they are!
