SEO Consultant

We’re looking to expand our team and are seeking an SEO Consultant to help drive new business, speak with prospective clients, and support our Director, Jade Bartholomew, in securing new partnerships.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, consulting with businesses, and wants to grow their career within SEO and digital marketing. Rather than a hard sales role, this position is focused on understanding client needs, advising on SEO strategy, and helping businesses understand how digital marketing can support their growth.

Key responsibilities

SEO consultation & discovery

Speak with inbound and outbound prospects to understand their business goals and marketing challenges
Conduct introductory consultations focused on SEO, PPC, and website opportunities
Explain SEO concepts and digital marketing strategies in a clear, approachable way

Lead generation & outreach

Identify and target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) to generate new business opportunities
Support outreach campaigns and follow-ups across email, LinkedIn, and calls
Re-engage previous leads through personalised communication campaigns

Client strategy support

Assist in preparing tailored proposals, audits, and presentations for prospective clients
Work alongside our SEO team to understand client opportunities and recommend suitable strategies
Support Jade during discovery meetings and strategy discussions

CRM & relationship management

Maintain accurate records of conversations and opportunities within our CRM system
Build strong relationships with prospects from first contact through to onboarding

Learning & development

Develop a strong understanding of SEO, PPC, websites, AI search trends, and wider digital marketing strategies
Stay up to date with industry developments and evolving search trends

Ideal candidate

Experience within digital marketing, SEO, PPC, websites, or client-facing consultancy is preferred but not essential
Previous experience in B2B sales, account management, recruitment, marketing, or customer consultancy is beneficial
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple conversations simultaneously
Interested in digital marketing and eager to deepen knowledge within SEO and search
Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
Motivated by growth, progression, and building long-term client relationships
