Transforming the online presence of a national plumbing merchant

This independent plumbing merchant approached us to redesign their website, which was outdated and no longer reflected their evolving business model or aspirations. Visitors were forming judgments about the company based on the site’s dated design, making it essential to create a modern platform that exuded professionalism and luxury.

The goal was to deliver a responsive, user-friendly WordPress website that showcased their offerings in heating, plumbing, and bathroom products while aligning with their vision for the future. The new site needed to impress visitors, enhance accessibility, and position the business as a leader in their industry, all while staying true to their independent, family-run heritage.
