Taking responsibility for the future
We work with local colleges, sixth forms and Universities to deliver education on how to get into digital. Especially with Covid, jobs in digital have skyrocketed but we feel the education sector is vastly behind. We want to help bridge that gap and inspire the next generation, especially women, to get stuck into digital and tech. We are often asked by tutors and teachers if work-placements are available here - yes they are!
CHARITY
Because it's everyone's responsibility
We have raised nearly £1,000 for charity since we started our initiative in 2020 through raffles. We are on the look out for Billericay or Leigh On Sea based charities to collaborate with in 2021 and onwards. COMMUNITY
To move forward, you have to give back
We like to help. At Christmas we prepare and deliver meals to the elderly, we've been litter picking down the park and are enrolled on the Beach Clean incentive in Leigh on Sea this year. It's great teamwork and good for the sole too.

Together with Chelmsford University and The Prince's Trust, we invite enthusiastic candidates to come and work with us for a couple of weeks. It's up to the candidates what they do - if they would like experience in graphic design then let's do it, perhaps Client Communication is their bag - cool, come and shadow us and see how we do it. Utilising social media for business
The Sierra Six social team visited an interior designer to walk her through using Instagram for business, explaining in detail how to perform SEO on Instagram, how to utilise reels and video content to boost engagement and the features available on stories and posts which give users more information and interactive elements.
